Delivery

Orders can be delivered to a valid address in Romania. Orders are shipped in the order in which they were placed. We intend to deliver your order within 3-5 business days of receipt. Delivery may, however, take longer for products that are out of stock (but for which there is the possibility of manufacturing the products in our workshop), but no more than 30 days from the date of order confirmation. In this case, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone (if you have provided us with your e-mail address or telephone number) about the estimated date of delivery of such order. If the delivery deadline exceeds 30 days from the placement of the order, you can either accept an extension of the delivery date or cancel the order.

Deliveries in Romania are made by courier services providers, between 9am and 7pm on weekdays. The shipping of all orders on the Romanian territory are free of charge. Orders with delivery within the European Union or the European Economic Area, the value of which is in excess of 1,500 lei, are free of charge; for orders delivered within the European Union or the European Economic Area whose value is less than 1,500 lei, a shipping charge of 100 lei will apply (except for orders delivered in Bulgaria or Hungary, where the shipping charge will be of 50 lei).

For deliveries to countries other than Romania or the Member States of the European Union / European Economic Area, the orders may only be placed by e-mail. Once the order has been placed, we will email you the proforma invoice that will mention separately the product price and the international delivery costs (by reference to the courier services provider’s fees). In this case, the payment will be made by bank transfer, and the order will be dispatched only after the confirmation of the payment of the price for the products and of the shipping charges.

Order cancellation and returns

If you purchased a product from the online store and/or did not come to our showroom (for example, by phone or e-mail), you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever.

If you paid for these products, you will be refunded an amount that will include the actual shipping charges paid for the delivery of the order, and a return fee will be deducted if the product has already been shipped to your address. The return fee will be, as follows: (i) 100 lei, for deliveries within the territory of the European Union or the European Economic Area and (ii) 50 lei, for deliveries in Bulgaria or Hungary. No return fee shall apply for the deliveries within the Romanian territory. If you choose to keep certain items and partially cancel the order, the return fee will no longer be paid.

The Company reserves the right to limit the ability to purchase products or services available on the website at any given time to a customer, depending on his or her previous behavior.

Information on the exercise of the right of return

You have the right to withdraw from this contract (right of return), without giving any reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, shall enter into the physical possession of the products. 

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us at our postal address (Daniela Barb Fashion SRL, Bulevardul Gheorghe Şincai nr. 15B, etaj 4, apartament 34, Sector 4, București) or by e-mail (contact@danielabarb.ro) of your decision to withdraw from this contract using an unequivocal statement, such as a letter sent by post or email. To do this, you can use the attached withdrawal form; however, its use is not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send the notice on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we have received from you, except for the additional costs of choosing a different delivery method than the standard delivery we provide and also except for the return fee referred to in paragraph 5 above, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days as of the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Product return costs (e.g., courier costs or postal service costs) will be entirely borne by you.

We will make the refund using the same payment method as the one used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly requested another refund method; in any case, you will not be charged additional fees as a result of such refund. We may postpone the refund until the date we receive all the returned products or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the products, whichever date is the nearest.

Products must be shipped or directly handed to us without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of the date you notified us about the withdrawal. The term is met if products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The return of the products and the full refund of the products according to Section 5 (Order cancellation and return) will be accepted only on condition that all products are returned in the same condition they were upon receipt: the products must not have been damaged, washed, modified or worn (except for being tried) and that any labels of the product or of the parcel must be intact. In addition, we recommend that product testing be done without removing the label or labels attached thereto.

All parcels contain a pre-printed return form that you can use if you decide to return an item.
